The Stowe Free Library was selected to host Americans and the Holocaust, a traveling exhibit from the US Holocaust Memorial Museum. It will challenge the commonly held assumptions that Americans knew little and did nothing about the Nazi persecution and the murder of Jews as the Holocaust unfolded.

During this two-day convening, experts will discuss the evolving relationship between North American Jews and Zionism, examining diverse expressions of Zionism and how these have been influenced by evolving historical circumstances.
